Kathmandu10th, June 2020 (GNP): Nepal’s Minister for Foreign Affairs Pradeep Kumar Gyawali held a telephone conversation with Josep Borrell Fontelles High Representative for Foreign and Security Policy of the European Union and Vice President of the European Commission. In the context of Covid-19, different matters have been discussed. Furthermore, both sides have expressed solidarity on the deaths of people in the fighting against the novel pandemic.
The Foreign Minister for Nepal has also appreciated the services of the High Representative of the EU in controlling the spread of Coronavirus.
Both sides have shared that both Nepal and the EU have worked on multiple national, regional, and global platforms for the sake of mutual interests. In the future, both expect the same co-operation from each other.
