Multan, 13 December 2022 (GNP): It’s great news for Pakistani content producers because Meta has now made its monetization option available in their country, allowing them to interact with their audience and make a living.
This significant announcement was reported through Twitter by Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, who visited the Meta (Facebook) Asia-Pacific HQ in Singapore on Friday during his trip to the tech powerhouse.
At the time of the visit, FM Bilawal Bhutto emphasized the successes and enormous potential of Pakistan’s IT industry and voiced a strong desire for improved collaboration between Meta and Pakistan.
The Foreign Minister of Pakistan tweeted, “With this new feature now live in Pakistan creators can monetize their Facebook content. The more stars they get the more money they will earn. Hoping the youth of Pakistan in particular will get more productive use out of their social media.”

Additionally, it is important that the IT sector is one percent of the GDP of Pakistan, 20.81 US dollars. Although, they don’t have enough access to meet world standards. Pakistan does not fund as much as possible. It will reduce the costs of many projects and increase revenue.
For instance, India is our neighboring country and the fifth largest economy in the world, its share in GDP is approximately 660.50b US dollars in the fiscal year of 2021. The main IT sector export is Excel, Software and more and more.
Last but not least, the IT sector can resolve economic difficulties easily. The investment opportunity should produce to perform I T professionally and take advantage of it. There is a solution to every problem; if there’s a well, there is a way.
