Kabul, 19 February 2020 (GNP) : In Afghanistan, half a year after the presidential elections, President Ghani as expected has been declared victorious in the dubious elections while, Afghan presidential candidate Abdullah Abdullah has contested the final election results and pledged to form his own parallel government with his coalition partners.
