Palestine Calls for Immediate Implementation of New York Declaration

Gaza :  Ministry of Foreign Affairs: We Have Launched an Intensive International Campaign to Warn Against the Dangers of the Cabinet’s Decisions on Civilian Survival and the Two-State Solution

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates – state of Palestine has launched a global campaign urging the international community to confront the grave consequences of the Israeli cabinet’s decision to fully occupy and impose control over the Gaza Strip. The Ministry warns that these decisions endanger the survival of Palestinian civilians, exposing them to mass killing, starvation, and forced displacement. Over one million people face immediate uprooting, while more than two million risk being confined to less than 10% of the Strip’s area , a clear step toward their eventual forced expulsion in various forms.

The Ministry considers these decisions a stark revelation of the true nature of the occupation’s war on Gaza’s residents and Palestinian civilians, a war waged without justification.

The continued failure of the UN Security Council to enforce an immediate ceasefire, secure the release of hostages and detainees, protect civilians, and stop the use of starvation as a weapon has provided cover for the occupying government to pursue its plans of genocide, forced displacement, and annexation.
The Ministry calls for urgent international intervention to halt the war and immediately implement the New York Declaration.
