Islamabad (GNP) : Opensignal is a crowdsourcing platform that measures Quality of Experience (QoE) of end users based on samples collected throughout the day, including indoor/outdoor locations and peak/off-peak hours, capturing actual user experience while streaming videos, making calls, and using apps.
Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), in collaboration with Opensignal, has published the Mobile Network Experience Benchmarking Report for Q1 2026 for 15 cities, which is now available on PTA website.
