Islamabad : Speaker National Assembly, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq has expressed profound grief and sorrow over the passing of Member Provincial Assembly Punjab, Malik Irfan Shafi Khokhar.
NA Speaker stated that the demise of Malik Irfan Shafi Khokhar is an irreparable loss for his bereaved family and the people of his constituency. He paid rich tribute to the late Malik Irfan Shafi Khokhar for his political and social services, saying that he was a kind-hearted, compassionate and people-friendly politician who rendered notable services for the welfare and well-being of the people of his constituency.
Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq added that the political and social contributions of the late Malik Irfan Shafi Khokhar will always be remembered.
Expressing heartfelt condolences with the bereaved family, the NA Speaker said that he equally shares the grief and sorrow of the family in this difficult time.
Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq prayed that Allah Almighty may grant the departed soul a place in Jannat-ul-Firdous and bestow patience, strength and fortitude upon the bereaved family to bear this great loss.
