
Islamabad — Sky47 has announced the official launch of Pakistan’s largest cloud and AI infrastructure platform, inaugurated by Lt General (R) Anwar Ali Hyder HI (M), Chairman Fauji Foundation, marking a major milestone in the country’s digital and technological evolution and underscoring the national importance of this development.
Sky47 Cloud and AI platform has been designed to deliver secure, scalable, and sovereign digital infrastructure, enabling enterprises, government institutions, and innovators to run mission-critical workloads within Pakistan while meeting global standards of performance, reliability, and compliance.
Speaking at the launch, Lt General (R) Anwar Ali Hyder HI (M) emphasized the strategic role of digital infrastructure in national development and highlighted the importance of building long-term, resilient platforms that strengthen Pakistan’s economic and technological independence.
Sky47’s newly launched infrastructure includes high-density cloud environments and AI-ready compute capabilities, positioning it as the largest cloud and AI farm in Pakistan. The platform is engineered to support advanced workloads across sectors including finance, telecommunications, government, healthcare, and emerging AI-driven industries.
Commenting on the launch, Hassan Abbas, Chief Executive Officer of Sky47, stated that the platform addresses a clear national requirement for locally hosted, enterprise-grade cloud and AI services. He noted that Sky47 has been built with a long-term vision to serve as a foundational layer for Pakistan’s digital economy, ensuring data sovereignty, operational resilience, and scalability for future growth.
