Snow Transform Mount Fanjing into a Winter Wonderland

January 8 brought stunning post-snow scenes to Mount Fanjing UNESCO World Heritage Site in southwest China’s Guizhou Province, where the entire mountain was transformed into a glittering rime-covered winter wonderland.

As the sun rose above the peaks, its warm golden rays bathed the snow-covered landscape, turning the frosty scenery into a breathtaking, dreamlike panorama. The perfect blend of glistening rime and soft sunlight painted a magnificent winter picture, brimming with serene and gentle poetic charm.

The extraordinary natural beauty has drawn a steady stream of tourists from across the country, who flocked to the site to witness this rare spectacle. The seasonal highlight perfectly showcases the unique allure of ecological winter tourism in southwest China, where such icy landscapes are a precious treat.
