RDA Launches Official Website and Complaint Management System

Rawalpindi : Director General (DG), Kinza Murtaza, Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA), has launched a newly developed official website of RDA along with a standalone Complaint Management System (CMS) as part of the Authority’s ongoing efforts to strengthen digital governance, enhance transparency, and improve public service delivery.
The new RDA website has been designed as a modern, state-of-the-art, and user-friendly digital platform, providing improved and seamless access to information and online services for citizens, stakeholders, developers, and investors. It features enhanced performance, improved navigation, an updated content structure, mobile responsiveness, and better accessibility in line with current information technology standards and best practices.
In addition, the Complaint Management System (CMS) has been developed as a dedicated standalone platform to ensure efficient, transparent, and timely redressal of public complaints. The system facilitates systematic registration, tracking, monitoring, and resolution of complaints, thereby significantly enhancing institutional accountability, responsiveness, and service quality.
The DG RDA stated that this initiative aims to promote transparency, operational efficiency, and effective communication between the Authority and the general public. The RDA website and CMS will serve as centralized platforms for official notifications, public information, departmental updates, online services, and grievance redressal.
She emphasized that RDA remains fully committed to adopting modern technological solutions to facilitate citizens, improve service standards, and ensure timely dissemination of information and services in line with the vision of good governance.
The DG RDA further highlighted that the introduction of these digital platforms will help minimize manual processes, reduce response time, and strengthen coordination among concerned departments. She encouraged citizens to actively utilize the website and CMS to register complaints, access services, and stay informed about RDA initiatives and developments.
The newly launched official website and Complaint Management System are now live and accessible to the general public.
