DIG Global Ambassador Awards (7th Edition) Slated for November 26

Islamabad : The Diplomatic Insight Group (DIG) is hosting the 7th edition of its annual flagship Global Ambassador Awards on 26 November, to recognize foreign ambassadors, Pakistan’s global partners, and businessmen. The purpose of the awards is to acknowledge individuals whose efforts have advanced Pakistan’s international engagement.

The event will honor ambassadors, representatives of international organizations, business leaders, and heads of diplomatic missions who have contributed to Pakistan’s bilateral ties and global image. The award serves as a gesture of appreciation from the people of Pakistan, celebrating contributions that extend beyond official duties.

A committee of experts from academia, business, and diplomacy circles reviews each nomination based on measurable achievements, to ensure that every award reflects real impact and commitment to Pakistan’s foreign relations.  This year, the Awards will be presented in categories including diplomatic excellence, economic and trade  partnership, international cooperation and development, and business leadership and investment.

The upcoming 7th edition aims to continue this legacy by honoring partners whose dedication supports Pakistan’s role in global affairs. The ceremony will bring together ambassadors, policy leaders, development experts, and business representatives to celebrate shared progress.

The Diplomatic Insight aims to facilitate and promote Business-to-Business (B2B), People-to-People (P2P), Government-to-Government (G2G) collaborations across international trade, media, and policy research.

It seeks to become a converging point of business, diplomacy, and academia. Through its six entities – the Diplomatic Insight (TDI), the Institute of Peace and Diplomatic Studies (IPDS), Global News Pakistan (GNP), Belt and Road Consultants, Global Business Alliance (GBA), and Diplomatic Insight Publisher – it promotes public diplomacy, research, and international collaboration.

The Global Ambassador Awards stand as a central part of this mission, acknowledging those who drive cooperation and foster meaningful global connections. The 7th Awards will further strengthen these ties as DIG gears up for 26 November, 2025.
