Rawalpindi : General Sahir Shamshad Mirza, NI, NI (M), Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC) paid farewell visit to Naval Headquarters (NHQ). During the visit, CJCSC called on Admiral Naveed Ashraf, NI, NI (M), Chief of the Naval Staff (CNS).
The CJCSC highly appreciated Pakistan Navy’s combat readiness and commended its steadfast resolve to safeguard the nation’s maritime frontiers. The CNS thanked the outgoing CJCSC for his pivotal role in strengthening jointness among the Tri-Services.
Earlier, upon arrival at NHQ, a smartly turned-out contingent presented guard of honour to the CJCSC.
