Gilani praises security forces’ success in Balochistan, honors martyrs

Islamabad : Chairman Senate Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani has congratulated the valiant personnel of Pakistan’s security forces for their successful operations in the districts  Quetta and Kech, in which eighteen terrorists belonging to the India sponsored militant group “Fitna al Hindustan” were eliminated. He termed the brave soldiers of the armed forces as the pride of the nation.

Chairman Senate Gilani stated that the operations conducted in the Chiltan Mountains (District Quetta) and Bulaida (District Kech) have once again proved that Pakistan’s security forces are fully committed, determined, and capable of eliminating terrorism from the country. He added that the recovery of weapons, explosives, and ammunition from the terrorists during these operations is clear evidence of India’s involvement in subversive activities inside Pakistan. He affirmed that such hostile conspiracies cannot weaken the national resolve; rather, they strengthen the determination to rid the country completely of all forms of external interference and terrorism.

Chairman Senate Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani further said that these successful operations have demonstrated the effectiveness and success of the ongoing counter-terrorism campaign under the vision of “Azm-e-Istehkam” (Resolve for Stability). He appreciated the professionalism, dedication, and spirit of sacrifice displayed by the security forces and law enforcement agencies in fulfilling their duties, describing their efforts as a source of immense national pride.

Paying rich tribute to the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the motherland, Chairman Gilani said that their sacrifices will forever remain a beacon of inspiration for the nation. He emphasized that the people of Pakistan and the armed forces stand united in their resolve to completely eradicate terrorism and ensure lasting peace and stability in the country.

The Chairman Senate reaffirmed that no foreign or India-backed terrorist network will be allowed to operate on Pakistan’s soil and that every hostile plot of the enemy will be foiled to keep the nation firmly on the path of peace, progress, and prosperity.
