NA Speaker Expresses Profound Grief over Loss of innocent lives in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Floods

Islamabad : Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq has expressed deep sorrow and grief over the tragic loss of innocent lives caused by flash floods triggered by heavy monsoon rains and cloudbursts in the districts of Buner, Battagram, Hazara, Swat, Bajaur, and Malakand in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. While extending heartfelt sympathy and solidarity with the flood-affected families, the Speaker said that he stands shoulder to shoulder with the bereaved families and share in their grief and sorrow and the loss of precious human lives in these torrential rains is deeply saddened.

Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq has also assured the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa that the entire nation stands united with them in this difficult time. He added,“I fully realize the pain and hardships being endured by the affected families. This is a time when we must extend maximum support to them, both emotionally and practically.”
The Speaker emphasized the urgent need for collective assistance and appealed to the people, especially the youth, to actively participate in relief efforts: “The people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are not alone; we stand by them as one nation. I urge everyone, particularly the youth, to come forward and play their role in relief and rehabilitation activities.”

While terming the calamity a test for the entire nation, he said, “The floods in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are a national trial. We must join hands and support our brothers and sisters in need.” While praying for the early recovery of the injured, the Speaker added:“May Allah Almighty grant speedy recovery to the injured and give strength and patience to the bereaved families to bear this irreparable loss.”
